Note:  You will need to download and install both the Application Profile and the Device Settings.  The Application Profile is the Windows settings for controlling Windows Media Center.  You will first need to delete the existing application profile for Windows Media Center in Remotely Possible for Windows.  Don't worry, you can always reset the settings back to the defaults.  If you want to use the Green Button to launch Media Center, you should edit the Default profile as well.  Change "Custom Button 1" to send the keystroke: Alt + Windows Key + Return (or Enter).  Import the Device Setting into Remotely Possible for Windows, then use Remotely Possible for iPhone/iPod Touch to Get Settings from your computer.  Check out the Share iPhone Settings Tutorial for a video on to do this.
